Blend together:
- 1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
- 1 medjool date (optional, depending on desired sweetness)
- ⅓ cup brewed and cooled coffee or 1 tsp instant espresso powder
- 5 brazil nuts
- ⅛ tsp cinnamon
- ⅓ - 1/2 cup frozen spinach
- 1 cup milk of choice
- Small handful of ice
