Skip the trip to the coffee shop with this make-at-home treat that packs an entire day's worth of fruits and veggies into a delicious frozen pick-me-up.

Servings: 2 cups

Blend together:

  • 1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1 medjool date (optional, depending on desired sweetness)
  • ⅓ cup brewed and cooled coffee or 1 tsp instant espresso powder
  • 5 brazil nuts
  • ⅛ tsp cinnamon
  • ⅓ - 1/2 cup frozen spinach
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • Small handful of ice
