Hi, I'm Misty Tripoli, the creator of Body Groove.
Over the past decade, my Body Groove videos have helped women all over the world to celebrate their bodies and get into great shape.

Body Groove is dance workout videos that are unlike anything you’ve ever seen. And that’s because they come at health and fitness from a very different perspective.
In each song, I’ll give you a few dance moves, but then I give you the space and the instruction to make the movement perfect for you.
And it’s this personalization that really unlocks all the potential of your body.
Even better, since you’re personalizing it just for you, it’s impossible to get it wrong. You can’t get lost or fall behind, so there’s never any frustration, and it’s just pure fun.
By personalizing each workout, you can start at any fitness level - even sitting down if you want!

To ensure that you are successful with Body Groove, I want to take you on a guided journey through our program.
I call this The Body Groove Journey.
The Body Groove Journey is a collection of 40 dance workout sessions that are going to take you from where you are today to a future where you are more capable, more confident, more creative and more empowered.
Along the way, you’re going to need to learn some new ways of thinking about movement, and probably some new ways of thinking about your own body. And you might have to un-learn some bad habits that are holding you back. Don’t worry, all this is normal.
Since each person is totally unique, there is no prescribed timeframe for completing The Body Groove Journey. You can speed through it in 40 days, or you can take your time. And it’s ok to start and stop as the ebbs and flows of your life allow.
A TV, tablet, smartphone or computer
All the videos for The Body Groove Journey are on our website and apps. We have apps for iOS, Android, AndroidTV, Roku, Amazon FireTV, AppleTV, Samsung and LG. There’s a very good chance that you have at least a few compatible options in your home.
A chair (optional but recommended)
One of the things you’ll learn with Body Groove is that most dance moves can be personalized so you can do them while seated. In fact, lots of Groovers start out doing everything while sitting down. Even if you start on your feet, having a chair handy gives you a way to keep the Grooving going while you catch your breath during a workout.
A Body Groove Membership
Your membership gives you access to The Body Groove Journey and all our other programs, which is close to 1,000 workouts, including yoga, pilates, and HIIT - all with a groovy twist. But even though you’ll have access to all that, you don’t need to worry about exploring everything until you’ve completed your Body Groove Journey.
Most exercise programs are designed around one individual’s body - usually a very fit instructor. That makes the workouts a bad fit for everyone else.
