Body Groove streaming video help

Need help logging in?

If you’ve already created a streaming video account, but you can’t remember your password, or you would like to change your password, go to members.bodygroove.com and click the link on the login form that says “forgot password”.

If you didn’t create a streaming account after you placed your order, you’ll find a link to create your account on the receipt from your transaction. If you no longer have your receipt, please contact customer service with the name and email address you used in your order, and we’ll get you setup.

Streaming from iPhone/iPad to TV using Apple TV
  1. Make sure your iPad or iPhone is connected to the same wi-fi network as your Apple TV. 
  2. Use the safari web browser on your iPhone or iPad to navigate to members.bodygroove.com.
  3. Find the video you want to stream, but instead of playing it, click the button that says “Download video”.
  4. When the video is downloaded and ready to play, it will start playing in Safari. In the lower right corner, touch the icon that looks like a TV screen, and you’ll be able to select your Apple TV. That will stream the video right to whatever TV is connected to your Apple TV. 
Streaming from a Mac computer to an Apple TV
  1. Make sure your iPad or iPhone is connected to the same wi-fi network as your Apple TV. 
  2. Use the Safari web browser on your mac to login to members.bodygroove.com.
  3. Play the video you want to stream, then click the icon that looks like a TV screen, and select your Apple TV. That will stream your video right to your Apple TV.
Streaming from a Windows or Mac computer to a Chromecast
  1. Make sure your Chromecast is connected to the same wi-fi network as your computer.
  2. Use the Chrome web browser to login to members.bodygroove.com.
  3. Hold down the control key and click on the video you would like to stream. This will bring up a menu with the option to “cast” the video to your Chromecast. 
Streaming from an Android device to a Chromecast
  1. Make sure that your Android device is on the same wi-fi network as your Chromecast.
  2. Use the Google Home app to make sure that your Chromecast is available, then click on the menu in the upper left screen and select “Cast screen/audio”.
  3. Use your web browser to login to members.bodygroove.com, and the videos you play on your Android device will stream to your Chromecast.
Streaming from an iPhone/iPad to a Chromecast

Streaming from an iOS device like a iPad or iPhone to a Chromecast is not directly supported. However, there are third-party apps that do allow this functionality. 

We can’t provide technical support for these third-party apps, but the general idea is quite simple. You’ll download the app, follow the instructions to configure it to connect to your Chromecast, then use it login to members.bodygroove.com. Once you’re logged in, you’ll be able to stream the videos to your Chromecast.

Streaming to a Roku device

Streaming on a Roku is not directly supported. However, there are third-party smartphone apps that do allow this functionality. 

We can’t provide technical support for these third-party apps, but the general idea is quite simple. You’ll download the app, follow the instructions to configure it to connect to your Roku, then use it login to members.bodygroove.com. Once you’re logged in, you’ll be able to stream the videos to your Roku.

Streaming to a Firestick

Streaming to a Firestick is not directly supported. However, there are third-party smartphone apps that do allow this functionality. 

We can’t provide technical support for these third-party apps, but the general idea is quite simple. You’ll download the app, follow the instructions to configure it to connect to your Firestick, then use it login to members.bodygroove.com. Once you’re logged in, you’ll be able to stream the videos to your Firestick.
