It’s easy to use, but if you ever need any support, we have an amazing team of friendly, real people standing by ready to help.


Q. What if I want to be in better shape, but I don’t feel ready to start exercising today?

A. If you truly desire to be in better shape (and assuming your doctor is on board with you exercising) you can start today by doing one 5 minute dance video. You don’t need to have any dance experience, and you can even do it while sitting in a chair. There is no pressure to meet anyone else’s expectations. Just do a 5 minute dance, and then listen to your body.

Q. How much space do I need in my house to do this?
