If you’ve ever watched a weight loss or fitness infomercial, then you’ve seen all the tricks… You’re either led to believe that with little to no effort, that you can get the body of your dreams. Or, on the other hand, you’re told that unless you workout to absolute exhaustion, that you’ll never get the results you crave. Sadly, neither option is a good one. Allow me to give you a few alternative ideas that have helped me – as well as thousands of other Groovers all around the world – to look and feel healthy…
- Be confident in your body and how it moves…no matter what size or shape you are.
- Be kind to yourself…it’s YOUR job and responsibility.
- Exercise shouldn’t be painful or hard…find a way to move your body in a pain free, enjoyable way.
- And above all….
Remember that no one will do it for you! Yet it can be easy. I have the secret…be YOURSELF!
