Do you ever feel like you need to be perfect?
Whether it's with your diet, your exercise routine, being a mom, a friend, your job, etc.
But here's something to consider...
The only person who's expecting perfection from you... is you!
We hold ourselves to a standard that we never expect from anyone else.
However, when you realize that your need for perfection is not only an impossible standard, but also something that's preventing you from enjoying the journey of your life, that's when you can discover more about who you are and what you need.

When you start following your intuition and doing things that will make you happy, here’s something to consider...
There’s nothing to master. Nothing to ever get 100% right. Nothing that you ever have to totally figure out.
If you decide to meditate it’s something you can practice but nothing you’re required to be perfect at.
The same when you dance. Just have fun with it. You don’t need to master how to dance, you just need to move your own way and do what feels right.
And this is true with just about everything.
Rather than thinking you need to be perfect at what you’re doing, just always try to follow your voice and do it your way.
And most of all, have fun doing it.
No matter where you're at with your goals and desires, you don't need to be perfect. You just need to be doing. No matter how you do it, it'll be perfect for you.
