Let Movement be Your Therapy.

We all know that life can be hectic... to the point of exhaustion. So, sometimes you've just got to slow things down a little and relax. One of my favorite ways to relax is by moving my body in a gentle, kind and loving way.

Moving this way can literally be therapy for your mind and body.

We all need to lubricate our joints, to move our muscles, and to get our heart rate up from time to time. However, we're conditioned to believe that doing this has to be through hard-core exercise.

It doesn't!

In fact, sometimes moving in a gentle, easy way is just what you're body is craving. And while it might not look like it, it can also be a really effective way to work out too. 

This routine is called "Russian Romancia" and it's from my Delicious Dance series. As you do it with me you'll notice how it allows you to be completely present with the way you move, allow you to breath and to relax.

Be kind to your body. Move it in a way that works for you! And above all... Love yourself with all the energy and passion that you deserve!
