Learning to Love Yourself.

The relationship you have with yourself is the most important one you will ever have. Because of this it's really important to develop this relationship just like you would with another person who you truly love.

However, truly loving yourself can seem impossible. We constantly beat ourselves up, speak horribly to ourselves, let ourselves get run down....

I know this because that's what I used to do... and the idea of loving myself seemed like it could never happen.

So, instead of trying to love myself, I started by liking myself. That meant being kind and nice to myself.... and that eventually led to me loving myself.

I go into how this works in this brief video that I want you to watch now...



Start today with being nice and kind to yourself. Eventually you too will look in the mirror one day and say, "I love you." Best of all, you'll actually mean it.

    “Oh, dear.” I thought another self esteem message , but you had me crying! I have had chronic pain for over 10 years . I am 57 and turning 58 next month. I have gained about 30 lbs. and despite changing my diet to mainly vegetarian , I can’t seem to make any headway. I have beat myself up for it.
    I bought Body Groove because it looked like so much fun. I did the first workout yesterday and wow, I feel like a weight is lifting . I don’t have to be perfect. I can move in a way that feels good to me..
    You are a sweet soul and your program is going to make a world of difference in my life.

    Misty, I am 77 years old. I am in fairly healthy good shape for my age. And I want to keep it that way for whatever time I have left on this earth. I was always of a slender build ( 5’ 7" in my youth) I weighed in at 115 until my early 40’s when I started to Bloome. I know food choices are the main cause of weight gain. So I started “noom” to get smarter about how to eat healthily for life. Then I saw your Dance exercise video it really intrigued me because I love to dance. Years ago I used to do Country Line Dancing, was a lot of fun and it did keep my weight down. We moved out of the state, to NC. where there is no line dance. That’s when I started to gain most of the weight
    So I am excited to get started with your Dance Workouts.

    I love how easy the DVD’s are, I am very uncoordinated! And thank you for you this video, it really touched my heart. It so Incredibly easy for me to see the good in others and love them, but not so much for myself. I am going to work on really liking myself and hopefully that like will eventually turn into love!

    I thought this was just another work out DVD, however, after listening to your message today about loving yourself it really touched my heart, because I don’t love myself, but starting today I’m gonna change that, I’m going to take time to exercise. I am 71 years old and I want to live the rest of my life strong and healthy and loving who God created me to be! I will change my confessions, starting with I will not compare myself with others for this is not wise.

    I am 2 months post perforated colon surgery. I have a temporary ostomy, but decided to try your program. I am 71 years old so my ‘kicks’ are really low & I don’t put as much ‘action’ in my moves. I can feel the difference in my legs already. I believe some movement is better then none.
    The 1st day I only did the 1st exercise & the 2nd day I did the 1st & 2nd exercises. I plan to continue this way to continue building my strength & improve my body. Thank you for reminding us to go at our own speed.

    Hi Misty, I got my DVD this weekend and was excited to get started. I found out that the DVD player does not work. Rather than spend money on a player, it makes sense to sign up for your annual membership. Here’s the rub, I have already spent money that I don’t have on the DVD. Am I able to get a credit for it after I purchase the annual membership?
