Start your day with this flavorful smoothie that tastes like a glass of spiced carrot cake!
This smoothie goes well with any Groove Your Smoothie booster pack, but the turmeric in the Joint Care Booster Pack is an especially good complement to the ginger and carrot in this recipe.
In a blender, combine these ingredients:
- 1 scoop of Vanilla Groove Your Smoothie Mix
- 1 Carrot (chopped finely if not using a blender)
- 1 Tbsp Chia
- 1 Tbsp Hemp (optional)
- 1 tsp chopped ginger
- 1-2 dates (optional, depending on desired sweetness)
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 ½ cups milk of your choice
- Small handful of ice
